Everything you need to know about bidding in the South Logan County Chamber auction.

If you win an item, you'll receive an email containing a secure payment link. Payment is made through that link — you do not pay directly on this website. Once payment is confirmed, you'll be notified that your item is ready for pickup.

Our auctions are primarily open to residents of Logan, Sebastian, Johnson, Yell, Scott, and Franklin counties in Arkansas. If you're outside these areas, your registration will be reviewed by a Chamber administrator. You may still be approved — contact us at (479) 675-2666 if you have questions.

You'll receive an email notification when someone places a higher bid on an item you're competing on. You can then return to the site and place a new bid. We also send a daily bid status digest summarizing your active bids. Make sure your email notifications are enabled in your profile settings.

Pickup is at the South Logan County Chamber of Commerce office:

Specific pickup dates and times are listed on each auction's detail page. You'll also receive pickup information in your winner notification email.

Yes. Your personal information is used solely to manage your bidder account and communicate auction results. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. The site uses HTTPS for all communications and passwords are securely hashed. Only the Chamber staff have access to bidder account information.

When an auction closes, winners are notified by email. The email will include the item(s) you won, the final bid amount, a secure payment link, and pickup instructions. You can also check your My Bids page after logging in to see your bid history and status.

Unclaimed items may be offered to backup bidders after the scheduled pickup window closes, so prompt communication is important.
